Location was excellent - very convenient to get to the American Dream mall and in and out of New York City for day trips. Beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious and clean - rooms were connecting as requested for our family - a plus. Starbucks on site was great convenience, and the restaurant on site had great food for lunch. We would stay again based on location and convenience.

I will NEVER use booking.com again. I had 2 nights booked in NJ and my flight was canceled in charlotte. So the next day when I arrived at the hotel, they told me since I used booking.com, booking canceled my reservation because I was unable to stay the first night. Luckily they had a few vacant rooms that they got me in for my 1 night. Hotel staff was AMAZING, booking.com wasn't.

I liked how clean the establishment was and how helpful the staff were. Late one night, my husband had asked the front desk if there were a vending machine anywhere that he could get a soda and the woman at the front desk offered us both a soda from right there. It's good to know that in a pinch they can do that for you.

Room/hotel was clean and comfortable. Offered shuttle to metlife stadium for $10 per person. We used uber instead as it was cheaper. You CAN NOT walk to metlife stadium. We did not stay for breakfast. Starbucks on site. They do put $150 hold on your card. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They had a fan in the room!!!

Staff was exceptional. Air conditioning was down when we arrived. Staff gave us a box fan for room which worked very well. Alot of guests were complaining, but we feel that staff worked hard to accommodate the guests. We had no complaints Shuttle option to MetLife was great
